- Booking
• All bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• You agree to provide accurate event information during booking.
• Booking is subject to availability and service radius (175 miles from zip code 53718). - Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event may be refunded, minus a 10% processing fee.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is permitted based on availability. - Event Coverage
• All packages include a single-camera setup.
• Speakers must wear the provided lav mic for proper audio quality.
• Coverage includes photo and video services as outlined in your selected package.
• You are responsible for securing permissions for event filming from your venue or participants. - Delivery
• Final edited deliverables will be provided within 72 hours of the event.
• Delivery is via cloud-based link or agreed-upon method. - Usage Rights
• Clients receive unlimited commercial and personal use rights to all final deliverables.
• BirkenMedia retains the right to use selected media for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Liability
• BirkenMedia is not liable for events outside its control (e.g., weather, venue access issues, equipment malfunction).
• Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. - Changes
